Andrea Jeffries, ARNP
Andrea received her Associates degree in nursing from North Iowa Community College in Mason City, IA. She went on to complete her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing in St. Louis, MO and earned her Masters of Science degree in nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO.
Kate Froehner, ARNP
Kate Froehner graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa with her bachelor’s in nursing and went on to receive her master’s degree in family nurse practitioner program at Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa.
Prior to joining the Mason City Clinic Psychiatry department in August of 2016 Kate studied community health abroad and was actively involved in the ACE SAP free clinic in Waterloo.
In her free time Kate enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, reading, cycling and participating in competitive runs.
Lark Trygstad, MA, ARNP-C
Lark Trygstad earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa College of Nursing in Iowa City, and her Master of Arts degree in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota.
A staff member of the Mason City Clinic since 2001, Lark is a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in the Internal Medicine Department and handles Capsule Endoscopy procedures for visualization of the small bowel. She has a tremendous amount of experience in geriatric healthcare and has credentialing by the American Nurses Association as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. Lark is a member of the American Society of Geriatrics and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Nursing Honor Society and American Nurses Association.
Taylor Stille, ARNP
Taylor graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. She obtained her Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Iowa and is currently board-certified and prepared in both Family Practice-General Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health. She is a member of the NeuroScience Educational Institute.
Taylor joined the Mason City Clinic Psychiatry department in July of 2017.
Outside the office loves spending time were her husband and children, boating in Clear Lake, exercising, and traveling.
