Physician Secure Messaging System

Established patients of Mason City Clinic (Orthopedic and Cardiology Department Patients ONLY) may now access their physician through Medem Inc., a secure physician practice communications network. To use this service, you must first click on the Mason City Clinic Medem Web Page link below and register as a new user. Within 24 hours (Mon - Fri or next working business day) you will be notified of your registration status. You will then be able to return to the physician's web page and login as a patient to request an appointment or have a prescription refilled.
